CLAIMS/SHORTAGES/RETURNS
WEATHERVANES & FINIALS:
All claims for damages, shortages or repairs for weathervanes or finials must be reported within 72 hours. No weathervane or finial returns will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number from us. Under no circumstances will merchandise be accepted for return after 30 days of invoice date. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN POLICY:
Most of our products, including the cupolas and gun cabinets, are built to order to customer specifications. Normal build times are quoted to each customer as a guideline for service. Returns for any reason other than damage will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. No merchandise returns will be accepted after 30 days. Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
